Get to know my story:
My journey to becoming a counselor has been a testament to resilience, determination, and the power of never giving up on your dreams.
Since I was a teenager, I’ve had a deep passion for understanding the complexities of the human mind and a desire to help others through the field of psychology.
Determined to carve out my own path and create opportunities for myself, I made a bold decision at the age of 22 to leave my home country of Spain and immerse myself in a new language – English. Working in various sectors to learn the language and culture, I began to gain confidence and discover my own resilience.
A few years later, with a strong sense of determination, I decided to pursue counseling and I embarked on a journey to fulfill my lifelong dream.
Today, I stand proud as a qualified counselor but my path has been marked by personal struggles with anxiety that have profoundly shaped my journey.
As someone who has battled anxiety firsthand, I bring a unique perspective and profound empathy to my counseling practice, understanding intimately the challenges and victories involved in managing anxiety.
Whether you're grappling with panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, social anxiety, or any other manifestations of anxiety, I'm here to support you. I offer not only professional knowledge but also personal experience and understanding of what it means to overcome anxiety's hurdles.
My Therapeutic Approach:
My sessions are a mix of compassion, clarity, and the occasional well-placed swear word, because I’m a human too; and I believe the most healing happens in spaces that feel real.
