Anxiety & Overthinking

Find calm within the chaos.
If your mind never seems to switch off-racing thoughts, “what ifs,” and worst-case scenarios; it can leave you drained, disconnected, and unable to relax. You might constantly feel on edge, struggle to sleep, or second-guess every decision.

In our sessions, we’ll uncover the root causes of your anxiety, understand the stories your nervous system is holding, and work together to calm the overwhelm. You’ll learn gentle, practical strategies to manage anxious thoughts, soothe your body, and feel more in control.

Attachment & Relationship Challenges

You want connection, but it often feels complicated.
Maybe you feel too needy in relationships, constantly anxious, worried you’ll be left, or needing reassurance. Or perhaps you tend to pull away, shut down when things get close, or struggle to trust others. Maybe you swing between both; craving closeness, then pushing people away.

These are signs of attachment patterns shaped by early emotional experiences. Whether you identify with anxious, avoidant, or disorganised attachment, or you’re not sure yet, we’ll explore how these patterns impact your relationships today.

Through therapy, we’ll uncover the roots of your attachment style and begin to reshape how you relate to yourself and others. You’ll gain clarity, emotional balance, and tools to create healthier, more secure connections.

Self-Worth & People-Pleasing

It’s exhausting always putting others first.
You say yes when you mean no. You’re always available, always “the reliable one” but inside, you feel unseen and taken for granted. Underneath it all, you might believe your worth depends on being helpful or “good.”

In therapy, you’ll explore the roots of your people-pleasing, unpack internalised beliefs about self-worth, and learn how to set kind, firm boundaries. You’ll begin to choose yourself without guilt and finally feel safe being fully you.

how does it work?

  • I currently offer remote sessions (via phone call or videocall) on mornings and evenings during weekdays, and Saturday mornings.

  • I offer an open-ended approach which means that we will review your process regularly to decide together how many sessions you would require according to your needs.

  • Sessions are available in Spanish and English.

  • £50 per 50 minute session, paid for by BACS at least 24h in advance.

  • I request that you provide a minimum of 24h notice in advance should you need to cancel a scheduled session.
